JOINING AND CLAIMING PROCEDURES:

• Instant Win Free Products Under-The-Crown
  • Look under the caps and crowns of participating products for specially-marked free product promo markings.
  • Redeem directly from participating Public Markets, Selected Sari-Sari Stores and 7-11 (for Powerade and Eight O` Clock) by presenting winning free product crowns or caps.
  • Only valid specially-marked under-the-crown promo caps & crowns will be accepted. Caps/Crowns which are fake, tampered or have unreadable markings will not be honored.
  • Valid caps/crowns come with security markings for validation process if necessary.
  • In cases of non-availability of free product items, company may opt to exchange the prize with another brand of lower or similar value.
• RAFFLE PROMOTION
  • Claiming Coke Cards
    • Exchange 2 non-winning caps or 5 non-winning crowns of participating products for COKE CARDS in participating Public Markets and Sari-Sari Stores, Coca-Cola Sales Offices and 7-11 stores.
    • One authentic COKE CARD is equal to one valid text entry. COKE CARDS must be kept as proof of purchase for claiming prize if declared a winner.
  • Texting Mechanics
    • The text raffle promotion is open to subscribers of Globe Handyphone (Globe), Sun Cellular (Sun), Smart Telecommunications (Smart), and Talk `n Text (TnT), whether in post paid or pre-paid plans.
    • Consumers must first register their complete name, age, and address (in the format below) and send to 2653 COKE REG space <FULL NAME>/<AGE>/<COMPLETE ADDRESS>
      • Example: COKE REG River Villaflor/30/18 Chino Roces Ave, Makati City
      • Registration is free of charge. After registration, a confirmation message will be sent to the consumer acknowledging his/her registration.
    • There can only be one official registered participant per mobile phone number.
    • The registered participant can then proceed to text in his/her entries using the following format:
      COKE space <CODE> to 2653
      Example: COKE 1234ABC then send to 2653
      
      *P1.00/text for each promo code texted for Smart, Sun and Globe subscribers.
    • Each valid entry should consist of a unique code. Duplicate codes will be rejected and deemed invalid.
    • Registered consumers will be allowed to text-in as many valid entries as they can during the promo period. The valid entries will be raffled electronically on Mondays every week starting April 11 to May 30, 2011 in the presence of a DOH-FDA representative to determine 25 weekly winners for the 8-week promo duration for a total of 200 winners.
    • All non-winning text entries gets qualified to join the succeeding draws so the earlier you join, the more chances of winning.
    • Winning entries of the weekly raffle will receive a telegram containing the prize the participant has won, the promo code, and instructions on how to claim the prize. Winners to be notified only by registered mail. No confirmation of win will be made via text.

    • 10. Participants can start texting in unique codes on 12:01AM of April 1, 2011. Cut-off for weekly text entries is 11:59 pm of each Sunday (starting April 10) Cut-off for last draw is 11:59 pm on May 29, 2011.
  • Claiming of Shopping Spree Prize
    • Shopping Spree winners must present their authentic COKE CARD with the printed code that was drawn in the electronic raffle, with the original notification telegram sent and 2 valid government IDs.
      • Two (2) original government issued identification documents (Driver`s license, Passport, Birth Certificate, SSS, TIN). The IDs presented (singly or collectively) should show the following information below. If the ID presented does not contain these three (3) information, it will not be accepted as a valid proof of identification:
        • Full Name
        • Date of Birth
        • Signature
      • If the winner is a minor (below 18 years old) or in case the winner cannot personally claim his prize for any reason, he/she can send a parent or legal representative on his/her behalf. The parent or legal representative should be able to present the following:
        • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the proxy as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners behalf
        • Proof of entry with the unique code (Coke Card)
        • Two (2) original IDs of the winner
        • Two (2) original IDs of the proxy
        • Original notification telegram
        • The winners active SIM card
    • Coca-Cola or its authorized third party agency will verify the identity of the potential winning participants and the proof of purchase with the corresponding code before awarding the prizes. The actual COKE CARD must not be lost, tampered, defaced, mutilated or destroyed beyond fair recognition of its unique code as this will be grounds for disqualification.
    • Winners will be advised when and where the shopping spree will be held. Coca-Cola reserves the right to select its designated partner stores and select the aisles to be used for the shopping spree prize, and determine the restrictions and rules in its conduct.
  • Shopping Spree Rules
    • Valid text winners will be scheduled for a Shopping Spree game on a prescribed date.
    • Each contestant will be given 3 minutes maximum to shop using a prescribed shopping cart.
    • These carts will be at the starting line at the start of the game and must be returned back to a designated area in order to be counted as valid.
    • TCCEC reserves the right to appoint designated participating shelves to be used for the shopping spree within a store.
    • Hakot Happiness shopping spree would apply only to food, non-drugs, non-appliances, non-jewelry, non-liquor products, non-infant formula milk and non-cosmetics. Non-valid items will be returned and will not be counted.
    • The winner gets to take home all the valid grocery items they were able to put into their shopping cart within the allowed 3 minutes.

OVERALL PROVISIONS:

• After the promo period, prizes may be claimed only at Coca-Cola Sales offices nationwide
• A verification process will be conducted to determine authenticity of the specially-marked promo caps/crowns and Coke Cards and the identity and qualification of a potential winner
• All Prizes are not convertible to cash
• All Prizes are tax-free
• Consumers may win more than once.
• Prizes not claimed within 60 days after the end of the promo period will be forfeited in favor of TCCEC with the written approval of FDA
• Participants agree to be bounded by these official rules, and by all decisions made by TCCEC on all matters related to this promotion
• Employees of TCCEC, CCBP, Coke Dealer: MEPs including those of their parent companies, affiliates, their third party suppliers including Oks Pinoy, Ace Promo, Starlink, BFAD and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
